Overview
Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) is the most widely installed single-ply commercial roofing membrane in North America. Its white or light-gray surface reflects solar energy, reducing cooling loads year-round. Heat-welded seams form bonds stronger than the membrane itself, eliminating adhesive failure as a leak path. Evangel installs TPO across all major commercial substrates — concrete deck, steel deck, and wood — using mechanically fastened, adhered, and induction-welded attachment methods.
Key Benefits
- Highly reflective surface meets ENERGY STAR and Cool Roof Rating Council standards
- Heat-welded lap seams are the strongest joint in single-ply roofing
- Resistant to UV, ozone, chemical exposure, and puncture
- Lightweight — no structural reinforcement typically required
- Compatible with rooftop equipment penetrations and drains
- Available in 45, 60, and 80 mil thicknesses for budget and performance targets
Best Suited For
Retail centers, warehouses, office buildings, distribution facilities, and any large commercial flat or low-slope roof seeking long-term energy savings.
